New Officer Installation at the Nichols Gallery

Members met at the Fred Nichols Studio in Barboursville for the installation of our new President, Adrianna Cowan Waddy and to recognize club member Brian Hall as a new member of the Paul Harris Society.  This is the group of Rotarians who contribute $1,000 and more annually to the Rotary Foundation.  Club members were also visually treated to Fred Nichols' unique and stunning artwork that adorns the walls of the gallery. After the ceremonies, which included representatives from the club's District leadership, we got to tour Fred's work spaces and pepper him with questions about how he goes about creating his distinctive works of art.

Individuals who have contributed more than $1000 to the Annual Program Fund, the Polio Plus Fund or the Humanitarian Grants Program of the Rotary Foundation are recognized as Paul Harris Fellows. Additionally, individual Rotary clubs may from time to time honor individuals as Paul Harris Fellows.
